Kinsale Laser Class
Saturday morning sailing is certainly a trend that seems to be working in the Club and we would like to appeal to all those who have Lasers " parked up " at home to get them down to the dinghy park or to those who have boats lying idle in the club to come down and get out for a few hours.
We have an OOD & mark layers in place with a FG at 10.30am and off the water by 12.30. We try and get five races in which are short and snappy.
This applies to all Laser categories and we would be only to delighted to get more boats out on the water. I feel if we had everyone on a given day we would have 13-14 full rigs alone but we need to encourage radials and 4.7's so to anyone who reads this and knows of people with boats please share or you can contact me directly for more info.
We have a What's App update that goes out every week and would like to add more people to this as well as the KYC site.
