8:30 June 26th: Loinnir Girl is on the home straight at the head of IRC Class 3, the Wicklow finish almost in view.

IRC Class 3: The Lough Ree and Kinsale crew of John Malone (Lough Ree YC), Emmet Sheridan (Lough Ree YC), Sam Hunt (KYC) and Cian McCarthy (KYC) are smashing it, 18 miles left.

While the front-runners closed on the line, the dark hours belonged to Tony and Jack Kingston on Shindig.

IRC Double-Handed: Shindig has climbed from fourth to second, right back in the fight at the sharp end of the division.

Cruisers: Shindig leads, ahead of Hiro Maru and the Isle of Man’s AJ Wanderlust.

IRC Class 4: Shindig now sits second behind Outrajeous.

IRC Class 1: The front of the fleet is home. Trevor Middleton’s Black Sheep, with Kinsale’s Micheal O’Suilleabhain aboard, holds third and is on the final approach.
