NOR Amendment 2 for the Inishtearaght Race May 20th

Rules 3.4 on the issued Notice of Race are is amended as follows:
1) 3.4 The Inishtearaght Race is an All In IRC and ECHO race – no class divisions apply. The
Organising Authority shall assign initial ECHO handicaps for each boat. Such handicaps shall
not be subject to protest or request for redress
