Kinsale Community First Responders will provide the Irish Heart Foundation’s Hands for Life CPR training programme at Kinsale Yacht Club.
This is a 90 minute course for up to 30 people, to empower attendees to be competent in recognising cardiac emergencies, make a call to the ambulance service and improve the quality of bystander CPR, and raise awareness around using AEDs and strengthening the links in the chain of survival in our communities.
The course is free but a donation would be appreciated by attendees.
